STOCK

Although we endeavour to keep sufficient stocks of all products, on some occasions certain Kokeshi Dolls may be temporarily unavailable. In the event of an ordered item being out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the expected delivery date.

If you have placed an order in which some items are in stock and some are not, we will immediately despatch the available items and the other items will follow as soon as they become available. You will not be charged additional postage for this delivery.

 

DELIVERY & CHARGES

We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday within three working days, but please allow up to ten working days for the goods to reach you. If you have not received your goods after this time please contact us directly by emailing kokeshi@artforum.co.uk

Orders over £20 will not incur any delivery charges.

Please note that our couriers deliver from Mon. – Fri. between 9am – 5pm. A signature will be required upon delivery so it is important that when specifying a delivery address someone will need to be present to sign for the package (please note that you may specify a different delivery address from your home address when placing the order). If no one is available to sign for the delivery the courier will leave a card advising of the address and opening hours of your local depot. Please note that your package will be held at the delivery depot a period of one week before it is returned to us.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Any orders received while our office is closed (weekends and UK bank holidays) will be processed the next working day”.

International Orders

We welcome overseas orders and are happy to despatch items anywhere in the world. Contact us direct for further details on kokeshi@artforum.co.uk Please note you will be responsible for any
import duties on deliveries outside the UK, we will quote you the cost of shipping.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel an order after you have been through the checkout and entered your payment details please email us on kokeshi@artforum.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it, otherwise you will need to apply for a refund.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

In the unlikely event of you not being delighted with your purchase you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery providing they remain complete, in their original condition and still in their original packaging.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of the return of all goods, unless they are faulty. If you do need to return goods to us we recommend that you obtain a "Certificate of Posting" free from the post office, as we can not accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Please outline in writing why you are returning the goods. Please indicate clearly whether you would like an exchange or refund.

FAULTY GOODS

If you find that an item is faulty, please email us at kokeshi@artforum.co.uk within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement. Returned faulty items will be refunded in full along with the original postage costs. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt of the faulty item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If, in the unlikely event of your goods having been damaged in transit please do not sign for them until you have inspected them. If they have been damaged please sign for them as ‘damaged’ retaining the original delivery carton and email us at kokeshi@artforum.co.uk.

 

SITE SECURITY

We take online security very seriously. All our on-line payments are processed by Paypal. When you place your order you will be directed to PayPal’s secure server. Artforum does not collect ANY credit/debit card information. (Please refer to PayPal’s security policy)

We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
